If you are unsure of the name of your Federal Loan Servicer, call the Loan Locator agency at 1-800-433-3243 for assistance.

Effective 12-31-2024, the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority (OSLA) has transferred the customer service of your Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) and/or Private Shelf Loan account to The Higher Education Servicing Corporation (HESC). You can reach them at 1-800-366-4372 for assistance with your Student Loan Account. OSLA Customer Service assistance is available through 2-28-2025. Thank you for allowing OSLA to service your student loans.
